Vacancy: Junior Project Manager(f/m/x) - We are looking for a Junior Project Manager(f/m/x) to start on a 6 month contract for our client, a multinational company based in the Geneva area. For this position, the employee in question will be hired on a project basis. The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant. Missions - Support Treasury Implementation: Assist in rolling out the Treasury Management System (TMS), including configuring FIS Integrity and enabling SwiftNet connectivity. - Business Documentation: Collect and document comprehensive business requirements and master data for seamless project implementation. - System Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to define, finalize, and refine system specifications to ensure smooth integration. - Testing & Training Plans: Develop detailed testing plans and conduct user training sessions for effective TMS deployment. - Process Manuals: Design, maintain, and update documentation to support workflows and procedures throughout the implementation. - Ongoing Treasury Tool Management: Administer and maintain treasury tools while identifying and contributing to efficiency improvements. - Additional Treasury Initiatives: Provide support for diverse treasury-related projects and initiatives as required. Profil du candidat - Professional Experience: Minimum two years of experience in treasury processes and systems. - Technical Acumen: Proficient with technology tools, systems, and design processes; prior experience in administering technical tools is highly preferred. - Finance/Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance-related processes. - Problem-Solving Skills: Solution-oriented, with the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable strategies. - Communication: Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more additional languages is an added advantage. - Location: Geneva-based role, requiring comfort with on-site collaboration. - Team Collaboration: Enthusiastic, curious, and collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. - Organizational Skills: Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
