Internal Auditor

**Vacancy: Internal Auditor (X/F/M) -** We are looking for an Internal Auditor (X/F/M) for our client, a bank based in Geneva, to join its dynamic structure for a temporary role: The hire is carried out as employee leasing. The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant. **Missions** - Conduct internal audits in compliance with applicable banking regulations and standards. - Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and provide recommendations for improvement. - Analyze processes and identify operational, financial, and regulatory risks. - Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to key stakeholders. - Follow up on audit recommendations and contribute to continuous process improvement. - You assist in monitoring strategic initiatives, helping to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency within the COO's office. - Proven experience in internal auditing, preferably in the banking or financial sector. - Strong knowledge of Swiss banking regulations and audit standards (FINMA, Basel III, IFRS, etc.). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a critical and detail-oriented mindset. - Strong written communication skills in French and ideally in English. - Proficiency in audit tools and software. - Ability to work independently while being a team player.
