As a Marketing & Sales intern at Personal Care (PC) you will actively support the dsm-firmenich Personal Care EMEA Marketing & Sales team based in Neuilly, France and in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland. You will also contribute to the implementation of the marketing & communication strategy to improve customer centricity throughout digital channels and platforms, both internally and externally. Key responsibilities: - contribute to dsm-firmenich solution-oriented Marketing using Market analysis - organize and facilitate virtual meetings, workshops and webinars - work on marketing campaigns to improve online customer relationship and generate valuable contacts and leads - measure, track and report performance of digital activities - work closely together with your direct colleagues and with agencies with the objective to grow our business with digital technology as an enabler You bring - Licence or Master Degree in the field of Management / Business Administration / Marketing / Communication - Some experience through internships or other part-time jobs - "Hands-on" mentality, with a proactive and curious attitude, happy to support and take initiative, with the willingness to take the lead in some projects and complete admin tasks - A real interest and spontaneous curiosity for Personal Care and Well-being Industry - Very good English language skills are required, German and/or French is an advantage. - Some knowledge of B2B marketing, digital and social media, is digitally savvy and is a quick learner - Good communication skills (both orally and written) with a committed and independent way of working - A motivated, flexible and team-oriented personality, who brings in new ideas and thinks innovatively We bring Working for dsm-firmenich means the opportunity to really contribute to improving people’s lives and solving the challenges of today’s world.
