Our entities TRANSVER AG at Altendorf, DEMAUREX SA at Vufflens-la-Ville, HANSELLA GmbH at Viersen (DE) as well as MF hamburg GmbH (DE), ROTZINGER Pharmapack at Waiblingen (DE), PackFeeder at Barcelona (ES) complete our product range. **Your impact**: - Responsible for identifying and crafting sales strategy in collaboration with Head of Sales - Executing the sales strategy, delivery of volume and financial business objectives, related marketing activities and day-to-day management of sales execution - To maintain and further accelerate the growth potentials for the international market, as we are already serving the key players in the market - Lead and work together with the technical development team on new product development, and improvement on existing portfolios (as needed by the customers/market) - However, we will need a dedicated person who will spend a significant amount of time in developing and penetrating new businesses from new customers **Your profile**: - Degree in Economics, Business or other relevant field - Proven track record in commercial and food-related industry - Strong Segment insight (market, consumer, customer) - Language proficiency: English - Min 10 years of Sales experience in the food industries preferably food manufacturing - Has experience managing direct customers from the food manufacturing companies managing confectionery, bakery/biscuit, and chocolat segments - Proven track record: Demonstrates "full cycle" of new business development successes and growing existing businesses (Volume and revenue) - Familiar with and have done ‘tender’ / long-term supply agreements with strategic customers and experience in solutions-based proposal - Strong supply chain understanding with demonstrated ability to lead various internal stakeholders when there are supply chain issues that need commercial intervention and able to provide a recommended mutually beneficial solution **Your advantages** - An international working environment - Good social benefits and a modern salary system - Car fleet discount - Anniversary and seniority gift - Support with training and further education - 25 days holiday up to the age of 49, 28 days thereafter and 30 days from the age of 60 - Free car park - Close public transport connections - Profit sharing
