Business Acceleration Manager Immunity

**What You’ll Do**
**In this role you act as Global Business Acceleration lead for the Immunity & Mobility HBS in Dietary Supplements (DS) business**
**Your key responsibilities**
- Lead Mobility health segment by developing the global strategy with guidance from global immunity director and inputs from regional and cross-functional teams.
- Lead global consumer and market research for immunity and mobility benefit areas, in coordination with insights team, to deliver latest trend and insight report that will drive critical business decisions
- Work with global immunity director to implement the global strategy for the Immunity Health segment, in coordination with the regional teams.
- Lead launch of new products in immunity and mobility benefit space. These launches will follow the latest guidance on working together with regional and innovation teams.
- Work together with MRS and premix teams to ensure development of new immunity and mobility solutions
- Coordinate with global immunity lead and innovation team to identify new ingredients through external market mapping exercise
- Co-design and activate powerful MARCOM campaign to establish DSM as the leader in immunity health benefit space. Work closely with regional teams to ensure that the campaigns deliver to regional business needs.
- Win with customers. Equip & support the sales organization. Engage with KAMs to develop tailored strategies & plans for top customers and early adopters/category shapers. Participate in key customer events & discussions around Immunity and Mobility health
**Your experience**
- Educational level: minimum Bachelor’s Degree in science, technology or business-related field. MBA level would be a clear plus
- 7+ years marketing and business experience in the dietary supplements industry - ideally in global multi-national organizations.
- Experience in launching new brands/products/solutions in the DS or human nutrition space - focus on immunity and mobility is a plus
- Direct experience working with large consumer brands or retail customers in the human nutrition space
- Proven experience in the development of innovation strategy and end-to-end product development process at global multi-nationals
- Experience in working in complex science-based categories and across different regulatory environments
- Extensive experience in consumer research and market dynamics in DS or nutrition space
- Fluent in English
- Strong B2B sales and value selling experience in the dietary supplements
- Strategic mindset with experience in business development for key global accounts
- Experience in strategic marketing and developing 5-year growth plan in dietary supplements
- Experience in consumer product launches in dietary supplements
