Job Title: Business Process Manager - Procurement (m/w/d)
Location: Kaiseraugst, Schweiz

As part of the Procurement Excellence organization, the Business Process Manager- Procurement defines and implements procurement projects aligned with the business process and solution roadmap, leads process and digital improvement initiatives, fosters industry best practices, and ensures proper communication, change management, and team capability development to deliver optimal ways of working for the procurement organization.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Source to Pay (S2P) platforms like SAP Ariba
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
• Facilitate change management and user training to promote adoption of digital solutions.
• Act as internal consultant/PMO and lead complex global projects for the Procurement organization.
• Collaborate with /support business teams to identify, develop and execute continuous improvement and digital opportunities.
• Collect and share industry best practices and develop understanding of existing procurement processes.
• Promote/support the adoption of latest processes and solutions to drive process compliance.
• Represent Procurement Excellence and build strong, trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across Procurement, BUs and BPs to ensure alignment and buy-in on procurement strategy and initiatives.

You bring

• In-depth knowledge of and previous experience leading S2P platforms implementation (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP).
• Extensive experience in procurement processes, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
• Strategic thinking, solution-oriented with excellent analytical and planning skills
• Very strong PMO skills with a knack for analytics, numbers and digital savviness. Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, Lean Six Sigma).
• Can-do mentality, excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority
• Team player with ability to cope with ambiguity, manage conflicting priorities, & work in fast changing environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Additional language knowledge is an asset
