**Business Development Manager Market Ready Solutions**

As Business Development Manager Market Ready Solutions, you will manage all aspects of DSM-Firmenich EMEA existing Market Ready Solutions (MRS) business including key customers. You will execute the EMEA MRS strategy by developing new business, through new product formats and product offerings. At dsm-firmenich people are at the heart of the company. **Your key responsibilities**
- Contribute to the development and execution of a compelling vision and an aspirational strategic plan
- Leverage best-in-class consumer and customer insights to drive performance
- Understand and access appropriate resources to bring added value to the customers
- Own all relationships with current and new customers and develop deeper and broad relationships within the customer organization
- Establish direct function to function relationships to create efficiency and multiple customer touch points
- Achieve or exceed short-and long-term business results across customer base, including delivering revenue and profit targets.
- Identify and pursue qualified new business opportunities across all customers
- Execute on the business plan and strategic initiatives for the customer base

**You bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience within a CMO/ CDMO/ Brand/ B2B environment, with strong sales and commercial capability with Brand Owners (Dietary Supplement Category appreciated)
- Demonstrated leadership skills, analytical abilities, excellent communications, and business development skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, ensuring excellent and timely execution of projects at hand
- Knowledge of medical nutrition category a plus
