Brighter Living.** **What you’ll do** - As Innovation Manager Early Life Nutrition you will drive innovation for the Early Life Nutrition (ELN) Segment and manage and coordinate innovation projects and activities. Ready for a challenge? Step up, share your experience and shape our future. **Your key responsibilities** - Drive the development of ELN Innovation projects for the HNC business group; from ideation, over support on concept creation & selling to market launch - Coordinating Innovation ELN activities across the Innovation group - Build compelling science behind our ELN innovations. - Translate existing science on our products and ingredients into appealing and attractive claims that can be used towards customers and consumers. - Develop prototypes of new concepts. **You bring**: - 10 Years of experience in the Nutrition & Life Sciences industry, of which >5 years of experience in Innovation Management & R&D. - A team player with the ability to collaborate across business groups, regions and departments and to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Proven capability to work transversally and independently and deliver product launches and exercise business impact. - Strong networking capabilities across different levels and functions. - Proven people management skills. - Excellent communication skills in English. **We bring**: - A team that truly cares about sustainability, each other and our customers - Enthusiasm and openness to learn on the job - A genuine passion to improve the lives of others **About Research & Development** **Interested in this position?** - Pre-employment screenings are part of the DSM Recruitment & Selection Process.
