We are currently seeking a **Financial Services Legal Counsel (m/w/d)** to work with various Axiom clients across all industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with an internationally recognized Swiss bank to take a lead legal role for the Swiss workstream of a digitisation project related to the Bank's IBOR programme.
- Being part of an international Axiom team supporting the bank.
- Being a strong team player and be able to confidently give direction and manage more junior team members.
- Preparing business requirements documents defining extraction rules that can be used for the technology extraction.
- Working with the front office legal Subject Matter Experts to build the extraction requirements.
- Working with IT to ensure that the requirements are built accurately in the system.
- Driving user acceptance testing of extracted data.
- The types of documents in scope include, but are not limited to, structures notes memorandums and pricing supplements, loan agreements, PSAs, CSAs and Rulebooks.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 6+ years' experience in financial service and good knowledge of digitisation topics.
- Prior role as a lawyer at a law firm or with an in-house legal department of a bank.
- Fluency in English and German is required and French is a strong asset.
- Full-time availability

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- University degree in Law and an LLM is a great plus. Admission to the Swiss bar is a plus.
- Underlying familiarity with areas of loans, repos, structured notes, PSAs and CSAs is of advantage.
