**The Opportunity**:
As an assistant to two Heads Global Business Divisions (Commercial Acquiring and Digital Services), you will support them in the full range of their activities. You will orchestrate their day-to-day business including calendar, meeting and travel management. Your classic tasks will be enriched by your involvement in various cross-divisional projects, including the creation of presentations in collaboration with internal and external partners. With enthusiasm and positive charisma, you will assist them in their daily challenges and maintain an overview and a sense of humour even in hectic times

**Your Profile**:

- Your professional qualifications include a basic commercial education and at least three years of professional experience in a comparable function, whereby further education as an executive assistant is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high pressure environment.
- Impeccable manners and discretion are second nature to you.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- You are proficient in the use of MS Office tools and have excellent knowledge of German and English.
