**Your mission**: We are looking for an Assistant to Head of Contest for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, to work for a temporary period from March through to the end of May 2025. As part of the ESC Event team, your tasks will be the following:
- assist the Contest Producer in all contact with the delegations;
- coordinate day-to-day contact with the delegations regarding all aspects of their performance;
- coordinate day-to-day contact with the EBU regarding all contestants;
- ensure all the information about each delegation is shared with all departments and stakeholders
**Your profile**:
- You are eager to learn new things
- You have a positive and sociable personality
- You are fluent in spoken and written English
- You have strong IT skills
- You have experience in managing live music acts or live TV production
