The opportunity

To deliver excellent customer service to exceed clients' expectations, and manage key stakeholder and employee relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Meeting & greeting clients, suppliers, internal staff and all other visitors to the building in a courteous and efficient manner, offering refreshments, information and direction as appropriate.
- Answering all reception calls in a timely and professional manner and according to agreed script and SLA.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service while dealing with all calls.
- Maintaining a no names policy and employee confidentiality.
- Ensuring reception desk, waiting area, client areas and meeting rooms where appropriate are kept clean, tidy, fully equipped and is setup ready for use
- Reporting maintenance and cleaning faults to the onsite AFM.
- Ensuring Health, Safety and Evacuation procedures are communicated to all new starters and visitors attending site.
- Ensuring that visitors and contractors passes are issued correctly and logged into the visitors book.
- Working with other tenant’s receptionists and share covering of the reception desk in the interest of a ‘one team’ approach.
- Attending facilities team meetings and 1-2-1 meetings with the assistant facilities manager as scheduled/required.

About you

You have minimum high school diploma and/or higher degree. You have experience working in customer service role. You have strong customer focus and interpersonal skills. You are proficient in MS Office suite.
