We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team to provide important support to the Head of Venture Building, such as complex end to end administrative processes, calendar management, travel arrangements, and accounts payable.

**What you will do**
As the **Executive Assistant** you will:
- Provide administrative support to Zurich Global Ventures - ZGV
- Executive diary management ensuring best use of the Executive’s time
- Provide meeting support including coordinating operational aspects of the meetings and weekly calls.
- Process expenses and invoices for Executives and wider teams
- Travel coordination (including flights, hotels, transfers etc.) in line with Company guidelines for the Executives and wider teams
- Collate supporting documents for scheduled meetings, ensuring they are received in a timely manner
- Work with Leadership team to assist where required in meeting facilitation, SharePoint management, keeping corporate calendars up to date and other tasks as required
- Close collaboration with other Executive Assistants supporting the ZGV Leadership Team.
- Arrange facilities for meetings and offsites
- Manage administrative tasks independently
- Manage the teams’ communication sites
**What you will bring**
As the **Executive Assistant** your skills and qualifications will include:
- At least 5 years of experience working as an Executive/Team Assistant in an international company with top level executives
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Highly trustworthy, loyal person who communicates well and is used to interacting with senior executives and industry contacts
- Excellent communication, networking and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office 365, SharePoint, Teams)
