**Strategy & Business Development Manager, Measurement & Analytics division**:

In this role, you will be responsible to lead strategic planning, strategic projects and business intelligence for the Measurement and Analytics division, thus making a strong contribution to shaping our future direction within our complex and dynamic operating environment. The Strategy Manager reports to the Division President Measurement & Analytics.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead and scope various projects/ workstreams of strategic importance to PAMA and BL Force Measurement - delivering high quality results against partly tight deadlines
- Condense and break down complex questions into pragmatic analytical frameworks and develop decision-/ implementation-ready solutions
- Formulate output derived from projects into concise and articulate presentations to senior management. Organize and synthesize facts into clear analyses to provide impactful in-sights for strategic or operational initiatives.
- Drive collection and analysis of information and data to develop/evaluate potential growth opportunities: financial modelling (e.g.cost/profitability) and competitive analyses (product, business, financial performance, market positioning etc.).
- Collaborate seamlessly with Business Line Instrumentation leadership, other functions and Process Automation Business Area - often structuring unchartered territory and providing project drumbeat
- Lead divisional strategic planning process
- Lead division-level strategic intelligence
- Lead Business Line Force Measurement Strategy & Business Development activities
- Contribute to Business Line Instrumentation Strategic work and act as sparring partner on strategic questions and key projects for Business Line Head and management team
- Interface with the Business Area Process Automation and Corporate Strategy & business development functions, representing the division as a whole.

**Your background**:

- Ca. 4-6 years relevant work experience, e.g. as typically found at the level of an experienced/ senior consultant or project/ case team leader from a top-tier consultancy
- Passion and demonstrated track record of tackling complex and unstructured problems, high level of curiosity, eagerness to learn and initiate engagement with others
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and make tradeoffs in a strategic, semi-quantitative environment with only moderate support from supervisor
- Strong project-management skills - must have led critical workstreams in strategy development and implementation projects in the past with proven results; ability to effectively guide, leverage and challenge project teams across levels, functions, and regions, without formal reporting relationships
- Excellent written (text and visuals) and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to thrive in international and increasingly digital/ remote work environment
- Experience in commercial due diligence, market & competitive intelligence and other strategic aspects of portfolio management and M&A is a plus
- Passion for and understanding of industrial space; direct experience in PAMA’s markets served is a plus
