Finance Manager / Leiter Finanzen
*** Tätigkeiten**
- Sie sind verantwortlich für das Tagesgeschäft in den Bereichen Finanzen, Treasury, Rechnungsstellung, interne Kontrolle, Steuern und Versicherungen.
- Als Leiter der Finanzabteilung sind Sie ein Geschäftspartner und bauen eine starke und professionelle Beziehung mit der Geschäftsleitung, dem Unternehmen und dem lokalen Führungsteam auf.
- Sie erstellen und pflegen eine Finanzierungsstrategie für den Schweizer Standort, um den aktuellen und zukünftigen Cash-, Investitions
- und Entwicklungsbedarf des Unternehmens erfolgreich zu bewältigen, einschliesslich der Finanzierung des grünen Nachhaltigkeitsansatzes
- In Ihrer Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für den lokalen Budgetierungs
- und Prognoseprozess für Einnahmen, Kosten und Cashflow, um proaktiv die Identifizierung von finanziellen Risiken und Chancen zu unterstützen und Strategien zu entwickeln.
- Sie agieren als lokaler Hüter der Behörden und des Corporate-Governance-Rahmens sowie der internen Kontrollsysteme (IKS)

**Anforderungen**:
Sie möchten in einem kulturell vielfältigen, schnelllebigen und leistungsorientierten Umfeld arbeiten und Ihre Führungsqualitäten und Ihre Fähigkeit, über sich hinauszuwachsen, unter Beweis stellen?
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung und Weiterbildung im Finanzwesen, mind. Niveau Fachausweis und von Vorteil CAS Finanzcontrolling
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen in Finanzmanagement.
- Sie sind mit allen Aspekten des schweizerischen Finanzrechts (Schweizerisches Obligationenrecht OR) und den International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) bestens vertraut.
- Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Führungs-, Verhandlungs
- und Kommunikationsgeschick und agieren als Teamplayer sowie als Geschäftspartner mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Sie sind in der Lage, fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen, proaktiv die Initiative zu ergreifen und Veränderungen zu fördern.
- Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Sprachen Deutsch und Englisch (sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich), runden Ihr Profil ab.
