Who we are looking for

We are looking for an Intern to support the Head the Pipeline Management team in carrying out their daily tasks, including the business unit’s reporting tasks and project management coordination.

The position is based in our Head office in Geneva and reports to the Regional Manager Eastern Europe and MENAP. We offer a dynamic work environment in a growing industry and an opportunity to work in the social investment space with a for-profit company.

About the Job

**Pipeline Management**:
Support the team in preparation of investment pipeline proposals and following up on the investment package validation process, term sheets, deals posting
Support the team in updating the investment pipeline file
Weekly meetings with the team

**Reporting**:
Support Investment Associates in preparing monthly origination report
Support the Head of Markets for other reporting tasks and prepare ad-hoc presentations

**Project Management**:
Support the Regional Manager on all project management tasks, in particular coordination,communication, preparation of meetings, writing of minutes and other deliverables

Your Qualification

We are looking for a dynamic person who is sales oriented, autonomous, and able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. More specifically, we have the following requirements:
Must be enrolled in a University in Switzerland
Good knowledge of finance and strong interest in impact investment
Excellent knowledge of Excel/Word/PowerPoint
Excellent written and spoken English skills. French and Russian are strongly valued.
Swiss/EU National or valid Swiss Work Permit
