About the Job

Who we are looking for

You are looking for a first professional experience in responsible finance. You wish to participate in meeting the challenges of our century through socially and ecologically responsible investments.
You are dynamic, organized and eager to learn.

In this internship, you will assist the management team in organizing meetings, producing minutes, organizing investment committees and contribute to client and risk reports. You will also contribute to the deal allocation process.

The internship is based in Geneva office with reporting line to Head of Discretionary Mandates.

**Job Description**:
**Investment Committee**: Organize the Investment Committees (“IC”), prepare the IC package, including notably draft minutes and compliance check

**Risk management**: produce periodic risk reporting for internal Risk and Compliance Function and clients, monitor the documentation of Investment Documents

**Reporting**: support/production of factsheets and customized reporting for clients;
**Deal allocation**: Send daily investment opportunities to portfolio investment team and coordinate with Allocation Committee for allocation decisions.

**Filling**: Record documents related to investment decisions into our internal systemMonitoring: Measure and evaluate fund and benchmark performance and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual performance attribution analysis

Your Qualification

**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone who is committed and motivated to address social and environmental challenges and who is eager to learn.
More specifically, you have the following skills and competencies:
Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Finance or Economics, or equivalent qualification and/or experience
You have an interest in impact finance and/or sustainable investment
You are able to work comfortably in English.
You enjoy collaborating with others to reach common goals
You are comfortable to work in an international and multi-cultural workplace
You are adept and agile to perform in a fast-paced environment, and managing competing demands and priorities
You have a high level of integrity and confidentiality
Swiss/EU National or valid Swiss Work Permit is required
