The EBU is offering **Eurovision Sport Intern for a period 6 months**
**ABOUT THE EBU EUROVISION SPORT**

Eurovision Sport is the most trusted and well-established media partner for international sport federations and event organizers seeking the widest reach of audiences across Europe and throughout the world.

Eurovision Sport exploits, manages and develops commercially the acquisition and sales of sports rights deals (for all platforms including radio) and provides high-quality services.
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION**

As the Eurovision Sport Intern you will:
Supports Eurovision Sport Managers in the management of sports rights contracts:

- Update contractual information in sport systems, related to acquisitions and sales of sports rights
- Support for the follow-up and communication of broadcast commitments/audience
- Distribution of official documents linked to contracts (rights agreement, anticipated rights payments, etc.).

Manages and monitors financial flows linked to Sports Rights contracts:

- Tracks and controls invoices and payments of each sports rights contract
- Executes accounting procedures as required (open and creates project codes, reconciliations, ad hoc requests, etc.).
- Initiates and oversees all audience activities by sports contract and event.
- Based on demand, compiles various market overviews and insights
- Collaborate with audience data providers/partners, which includes follow-up on the license agreements with audience data providers.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Excellent verbal communications skills - English or French mother-tongue, and fluent in English or French as a second language
- The ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- An entrepreneurial attitude;
- Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn;
- A proactive, service-focused attitude towards Members, partners and teams you support internally;
- An ability to remain calm under pressure and a robust/resilient attitude towards challenges;
- An ability to prioritize work and complete tasks with quick turnaround times and mínimal fuss.

**EDUCATION** - Bachelor’s Degree: Communication, Sports - an internship agreement is required
