**Program Manager, Energy Efficiency Movement (flexible location)**:

In this role, you will grow, manage and nurture the Energy Efficiency Movement, which is a multi-stakeholder initiative by ABB, but operating under its own brand, currently including 50 companies. You will empower, inspire and enable it to grow through collaboration with the members of the Movement. You will also keep the members informed, initiate joint activities, build awareness and help the Movement to grow. You will report to the Group Vice President - Head of Communications This position is open globally.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Define the priorities and the joint activities in collaboration with the other Movement members.
- Develop, recommend and execute targeted plans and activities - with the objective of engaging and inspiring key stakeholders including members and potential members of the Movement, media, interest groups and regulators.
- Act as a key contact for all the members of the Movement. Arrange regular calls to align. Plan, propose and manage joint activities among members, such as joint communications activities and events.
- Manage and lead the Movement related communications activities.
- Ensure executional excellence throughout the area of accountability for all communications measures in line with the Motion communications strategy, ABB brand positioning and corporate identity/corporate design guidelines. Drive continuous improvement.
- Own budget for the Movement.
- Make sure that all the necessary internal and external stakeholders are included.
- Key Performance Indicators in this role include as an example; The growth of members, media visibility, social media impact, web traffic
**Your background**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Partner Management, Communications and/or Marketing.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Native level English
- Passionate about sustainability
- Structured work-style
- Willingness to change and drive change
- Excellent collaboration skills
