We are looking for a Sales Manager, who is passionate about electric two-wheel mobility and who wants to shape the mobility of the future together with us.

You will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales teams and the operation of their respective stores in the German part of Switzerland. Your role is to oversee their activities and performance by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and supporting the ongoing training of your salespeople.

With each single sale you build the EGO Movement brand and open the door to connect with new sales opportunities.

**Your Responsibilities**
- You are leading B2C sales and store operations in the German part of Switzerland and responsible for their overall performance;
- You are defining and executing territory sales plans;
- You are overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns in close collaboration with marketing department;
- You are responsible for planning and directing the hiring and training of new store sales staff;
- You are responsible for planning and directing the opening and closing of new sales locations;
- You are responsible for improving current sales and store related procedures and policies;
- You are tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on KPI;
- You are supporting other sales channels to find new sales opportunities.

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in managing and leading retail operations, preferably from (E-)bike, sport equipment or automotive segments;
- Sales team leadership experience;
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies;
- Experience in customer relationship management;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English language.
