Adviscent AG is a Swiss fintech located in Zurich. After some years of product development and gaining the first clients, we are now ready to scale Adviscent globally.

We offer a position as Salespreneur / Sales Manager to define and manage all sales and marketing activities. You will be able shape the sales strategy and operation according to your view and be one of the main drivers of our growth.

You will join our team collaborating with and reporting directly to the CEO.

**Your Mission**:

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully acquiring customers and managing the sales team
- Design and implement a sales strategy that expands company’s customer base and strengthens the brand
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

**Requirements**:

- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders (including C-level engagement)
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset + desire for continuous improvement
- Fluent in German and English in writing and speaking
