You are an entrepreneur in the company and manage your store with a high level of personal responsibility and commitment. You put the customer at the center of everything you do and have a strong service mentality. You are an e-mobility enthusiast with technical understanding and hands-on mentality.

As Store Manager, you will ensure that the CI and corporate philosophy are implemented in the best possible way and that our ambitious goals are achieved. Together with our marketing team you will develop local marketing campaigns that make EGO Movement a local hero in the field of urban mobility.

**Your responsibilities**
- You are a host and make our customers feel well taken care of;
- You advise our customers with commitment and passion and find the right solution for them;
- You master the sales process from acquisition to closing and are responsible for achieving sales targets in your store;
- You answer customer inquiries, create offers, record and process deals;
- You take care of all aspects of store operations, including cashiering, billing, order & cleanliness, opening hours, inventory planning, etc.
- You coordinate service requests and take service bikes.

**Your profile**
- You have completed professional training, ideally from the retail industry, and love selling in direct contact with the customer. Industry experience is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement;
- You think and act entrepreneurially, have an affinity for technical products and a great interest in electromobility;
- You have a high awareness of quality and service;
- You have the ability to work with modern IT technology and use it efficiently;
- You see the big picture without losing sight of the details;
- You have an independent and structured way of working; You are curious, open-minded and have a high level of self-motivation;
- You want a full-time position and are also willing to work on Saturdays;
- You communicate fluently in German and English.
