**After-Sales Manager - Luxury store**

In the context of a job creation, a major luxury brand is looking for an After-Sales Manager for its Zurich store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruiting, managing, training and assessing a small After-Sales team
- Implementing the After-Sales strategy in store
- Ensuring the smooth running of the After-Sales Department in the boutique (Client satisfaction, stock level, reach of the Sales objectives )
- Acting as the intermediary between the clients and the HQ/workshops
- Acting as a Brand Ambassador
- Supporting the Sales team on After-Sales topics

**Desired profile**:

- Previous experience in After-Sales in the Luxury industry
- Fluent in German and English
- Tech savvy
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
