**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

**Position Summary**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Creates and maintains program plans for the development of the new area, including governance, list of tasks, dependencies, milestones, and baselines. Communicates in a timely and effective manner to core and extended team members and management, including status reports, meeting minutes, action items, risks, and status vs. plan assessments.
- Evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of existing “run the bank” business processes working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to find innovative and operationally beneficial solutions using, when viable, our internal low-code BPM tool (Appian).
- Implements and monitors processes to ensure high quality and timely delivery of complex software projects by working closely with vendor and development teams.
- Monitor everyday IT operations by creating the required dashboards and detailed reporting. Identifying the required information from the different systems.
- Assesses and manages program risks, enhancing monitoring systems and proactively addressing issues before they escalate.
- Serving as a liaison between IT departments and the business, working collaboratively within the organization to ensure that all business processes are supported by the proper technology in a simple and controlled manner.
- Develops and manages assigned budgets and expenditures.

**Desired Qualification**:

- Educated to degree level with experience of working in a large, international IT organization.
- More than 5 years’ experience in Staff management, ideally running a department of 8 or more individuals.
- Fluent in at least two of the following languages: English, French, Spanish. The third one it’s a plus.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and modeling skills.
- Teamwork and team spirit focused including flexibility
