**Business Applications Manager - SAP Finance & Tax**
- Mentoring and developing team members: You will be responsible for helping team members grow and advance in their careers by providing mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and resources: This includes identifying any training or resource needs and helping team members access the tools and support they need to be successful in their roles.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders: You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the Finance and Tax project portfolio is aligned with business priorities.
- Delivering the Finance and Tax project portfolio on time and within budget: This involves effective scope management, portfolio dependency and risk management, resource planning, and budget management.
- Managing urgent/high priority support issues: You will be responsible for ensuring that urgent/high priority support issues are addressed in a timely manner and that employee satisfaction is maintained.
- Continuously improving processes and practices: You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve processes and practices in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

**Skills required**
- SAP is required.
- Strong project management skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to mentor and develop team members
- Have the ability to solve complex problems in a logical and structured manner.
- Have experience in the fashion, retail, or luxury industry is desirable.
- Have technology qualifications such It methodology and computer science.
- Be fluent in English.
- Fluent in french is a strongly desirable.
