With our approximately 190 branches as well as 1000 ATMs and Multimats, we are locally anchored and the local business card in our ten regions. Our clients can interact with us via different channels: digital banking, Contact Center Switzerland (CCS) and advisory in the branches or via remote, to cover the different needs. - The CCS is our "Center of Excellence" for customer management as well as advisory center for different client needs like Digital Banking Support and inbound activities. It operates from various locations throughout Switzerland in different languages. - Swiss-wide it counts 450 employees, present in the 4 main centers in Zürich, Basel, Lausanne and Manno, as well in the smaller satellites in Bern, Chur, Luzern, Nyon and Sierre. - We're looking for Business Technology Manager CCS who: - has a pivotal role between the CCS management/front organization and the Agile Delivery Organization and is responsible to reflect and drive the change agenda into the CCS organization - is responsible to setting up the required framework at strategic and operational level, ensuring that innovation and technological change initiatives and measures are reflected in the organization and become part of the run-the-bank activities - ensures a coordinated and smooth transition/implementation in close coordination with CCS management, the Agile Delivery Organizations as well with all relevant stakeholders - creates the required context to empower business leaders to take ownership and to implement the transformation activities on ground - defines the required education and training framework to enable employees to work in the new revised context together with CCS SMEs - works together with CCS Management to address potential risks related to change and implement strategies/measures to manage them - defines and measures success metrics to monitor the change process **Your Career Comeback** **Your team** - You'll be working in the business management team in Zurich. This Business Technology Manager role, dedicated to change initiatives within CCS, reporting to CCS management, works in close cooperation with the Agile Delivery Organization. Purpose of the role is to coordinate and drive to execution of all change initiatives related to the CCS, ensuring that all the technological changes and cultural innovations are reflected and lived in the organization. - Diversity helps us grow, together.
