You'll be accountable for all the technical security services globally right from service strategy to execution of all technology driven services. These include services in the category of Identity management, Operational Technology security, Prevention & Protection technologies across ABB IS landscape in alignment with Core IS operating model to keep entire ABB protected. You'll develop and maintain a global team of security experts ensuring reliable and modern security services and solutions are delivered to the business. You'll not only promote, but also ensure compliance with internal security policies, standards, and best practices, and enables secure solutions towards the business.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Accountable for the design, build, and delivery of Technology driven Information Security services and solutions by providing protection, OT security, monitoring, Identity & access management, and vulnerability management capabilities across ABB Group. Implement effective interfaces between core and BA IS teams for delivered security activities, and where required, ensure demands adherence in line to agreed KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs, where applicable), that agreed time, budget and quality specifications are met. Implement department’s practice expertise leading to improved efficiency or operational functionality.
- Support the Group CISO in setting strategy setting as part of core team, in cooperation with Core IS Information Security, IS Governance Risk & Compliance, IS Services organization, Business IS, and 3rd Party IS Suppliers to ensure understanding and covering of existing business requirements, new service demand, the security design and strategic roadmap.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting for all technical security services delivery to various Core IS or Business IS functions based on the defined service management principles of Information Security.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Core IS Functions, with Business CIO's and IS Services leaders. Responsible for tracking and monitoring of performance of service delivery through all channels (human, digital, self-service, automated) and ensure that metrics and reports are analyzed, and issues are resolved to meet agreed service levels.
- Responsible for the quality of the services delivered by suppliers meet contractual commitments and business needs. Manage risks associated with information security, continuity, and integrity of supply.
**Your background**:
- Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related qualification, and/or demonstrated capability through past employment experience.
- About 20 years of experience in Information Systems with at least 10 years in leading and managing Security organizations.
- Very strong skills in security technology management and should have delivered multiple technology implementation projects successfully.
- Strong experience in security services operations from design, launch and maintenance. Services across network, end point, datacenter/cloud, VM etc.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Operational technology security programs across various geographies.
- Practical experience in common information security management frame-works, such as International Standards Organization (ISO) 2700x, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-53.
- Excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate distributed teams, experience in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- General security certifications like CISSP, CISA, ISO27001 are expected.
- OT security certifications like GICSP are desirable.
