On is looking for a talented graphic designer to join its emerging team and to help craft On’s internal visual appearance across multiple channels and a wide range of projects - driven by exceptional design. This is a great opportunity to help shape branding executions for a growing sports brand.

Your Team:
The Brand Design Team is On’s in-house agency, a team of graphic, retail and digital designers, art directors, producers and videographers. Every day we work on making On’s visual language even better than the day before. We design our visual communication in the same way our shoes are made: with total attention to detail and focus on function. Your Mission:

- Ownership and execution of On’s brand guidelines over various departments and channels, by creating an exciting, engaging, and interactive visual experience for internal and external stakeholders
- Take responsibility for On’s biannual Global Meeting identity and assets, ensuring extraordinary visual performance at this major internal product presentation event
- Develop and deliver highly creative, “editorial quality” presentations for various departments using PowerPoint and Keynote
- Be the go-to person to help your team members following visual guidelines for internal communication documents
- Always be on top of the latest information about On’s branding guidelines and standards
- Supply internal design support for programs like Spark and Degreed
- Retouch, select and crop images for various channels
- Create printed goods, logos and icons following On’s visual guidelines
- Proactively support asset management on platforms such as Bynder and Dropbox

Your Story:

- Degree in design as well as working experience as a graphic designer
- Excellent typographic skills
- Experienced with illustration and image editing
- Experience working with PowerPoint, Keynote, Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign. You also know your way around Microsoft Word and Excel
- An excellent understanding of visual branding strategy execution and a drive to push the boundaries of internal brand deliverables
- Endurance and an aim for pixel-perfect output
- Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to share ideas and make them grow with the team
- An open mind for new challenges and learnings. You are hungry to learn and like to bring new ideas to the table
- Creative drive to explore brand new approaches to internal branding
- Great multitasking skills - no day will be the same
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
