On is looking for a talented digital designer to join its emerging team and to help craft On’s visual appearance over all channels - driven by exceptional design. This is a great opportunity to help shape digital executions for a growing sports brand.
Your Team:
The Brand Design Team is On’s in-house agency, a team of graphic, retail and digital designers, art directors, producers and videographers. Every day we work on making On’s visual language even better than the day before. We design our visual communication in the same way our shoes are made: with total attention to detail and focus on function. If you care about all of the above and even about what no one else might see, and this makes you happy - you’re at the right place - so do we.
Your Mission:
- Create and execute On’s visual output in our digital marketing channels, by creating an exciting, engaging, and interactive digital experience for our customers
- Work with animations, motion graphics and other moving output
- Take responsibility for our programmatic campaign excellence and get the most out of Google Web Design tools
- Create, retouch and edit newsletters, high-quality video content and photography
- Support the wider team by creating exciting digital content for On’s Social Channels
Your Story:
- Excellent typography skills
- Experience working with After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop. You also know your way around Illustrator to create graphics and you’re open to working with programs such as Sketch and Dreamweaver.
- An understanding of coding as well as interaction design
- Great digital multitasking skills - no day will be the same
- Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to share ideas and make them grow with the team
- An aim for pixel-perfect output
- An open mind for new challenges and learnings. You are hungry to learn and like to bring new ideas to the table
- Creative drive to explore brand new approaches to digital storytelling
- Degree in design as well as working experience as a digital designer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
