The corporate goal is to strengthen health and well-being through active engagement and artificial intelligence. As a Content Designer you will be part of the Product Management Team, working in close collaboration with the UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, and remotely with the Development team located in Europe. This is a great opportunity to take part of the digital health revolution, by creating and testing in-app content for customers and partners. Tasks - Implementing our digital coach chatbot content using dacadoo’s in-house Content Editor - Shaping the tone and voice of all in-app content delivered to end users - Designing and creating programs and content for users to improve their health - Writing basic code for logic and conditions for messages - Supporting developers during deployments of chatbot content to the app - Working directly with UX and Product Managers on new app features and content strategy - Supporting the content testing processes - Working directly with customers for technical consultancy on training, constraints and feasibility of content ideas **Requirements**: - Experience in copywriting or digital communication. UX or technical writing experience is a plus - Basic knowledge of high-level programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, LUA) - You are a creative team player that is passionate about bringing their own ideas to the team - You don't hesitate to ask (good) questions, or to accept and give (critical) feedback - Fluent in speaking and writing English - Background in nutrition, health, sports or related fields is a plus **Benefits**: - Multi-cultural and international working environment - Open corporate culture with a lot of personal responsibility - A perfectly located office by the lake in Zürich - Employees "get together" events - A job where you can have a real impact on the success of clients and of dacadoo
