Solution Designer

We are searching for a Solution Designer & Visualizer for our Design and Visualization team in International Sales. The team has employees in Spain, Chile, Dubai etc., but is managed from our headquarters in Odense, where you will also be based.

Together with our customers and agents, we design and visualize large playgrounds and outdoor fitness areas for many different countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America.

**Ensure that KOMPAN’s design proposals meet customer expectations**:
As a Solution Designer and Visualizer, you will ensure that KOMPAN’s design proposals meet or exceed customers’ expectations and are delivered within the deadline. You will align design directions and critical decisions with sales colleagues. This involves participating in tender briefs, customer meetings and proposal presentations.

You will assist our colleagues in sales and agents in visually formulating the best solution for our customers, users, and the environment by bringing creativity to the design of the site. For example, providing insights into what makes an area fun and accessible to a wide audience.

Further, responsibilities within this role also include:

- Understanding the importance of marketing and branding leading to the creation of workflows and design proposals that are product centric and builds brand power.
- Collaboration with design colleagues for 3D imagery/content to get ideas across to the client in a professional, captivating, and presentable approach (ultimately endorsing the design concept).
- Managing requests of variants/customized products with all relevant parties.
- Working closely with Team Lead and supports design team on all aspects of team collaboration and design activities.
- Ensuring designs are compliant with local safety standards and assist in submitting necessary documentation to the sales team.
- Assisting with Technical Drawing production.

**Designer or Landscape Architect with technical and creative skills**:
You hold a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Urban Design or Landscape Architecture and have 1-3 years of experience in a design or landscape architecture role.

You are familiar with AutoCAD, 3D MAX, V-ray and have been preparing technical drawings.

Moreover, you:

- Possess a great technical understanding combined with the ability to illustrate your ideas in a creative way.
- Have the ability to work independently and drive projects from brief to delivery.
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills as well as problem-solving skills.
- Have an eye for detail and take pride in good craftmanship.
- Are customer
- and market-oriented in your approach.

You are self-propelled and like a fast pace to support the customers’ wishes.
