**Business Analytics - Sales Processes Support - EL Service Division**:**

**This position reports to**:
Sub GBU Marketing Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage and drive solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation for Marketing & Sales and Installed Base Management activities by geographic markets, penetration level and entitlement
- Review business context for solutions to Global Services Org.
- Challenge as well as define vision and requirement for the solution, recommending potential options, selecting most optimal option and the development of a roadmap for the selected solution.
- Communicate architecture to stakeholders and collaborate and coordinate with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of standards and procedures.
Influence changes to standards when necessary.
Continuously develop and execute solutions for reducing time spent on reactive work.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience related to Business Analytics, IS or other solutions architecture role
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, Experience in Microsoft Power Platform is an asset
- Strong business acumen
- Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative style to include teamwork and team building ability
- Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of comfort zone acquiring new skills
- Flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilities
- Proficiency in English language is a must.
