Alao revolutionizes the way users find and order telecommunication plans in Switzerland. As a fast-growing tech start-up, alao procures its online platform alao through which telecommunication plans can be compared and ordered with a few clicks. We leverage artificial intelligence to provide a unique customer experience by simplifying the search and purchase of the best telco offer for every single individual.

We are seeking a channel owner Paid Search with responsibility for a six-figure monthly budget in a remote position in the CET time zone.

**Tasks**:

- Further development of the current tracking landscape and transformation to an event-based methodology
- Transformation of monthly reporting and marketing channel attribution into a dynamic real-time framework
- Analyzing of A/B tests and identification of new growth opportunities
- Creation of dashboards for various stakeholders
- Ownership of funnel analysis for different products and business cases
- Implementation of a BI tool in collaboration with stakeholders and product owners
- Continous analysis of main KPIs and pro-active suggestion of measures to improve them
- Leading ML projects for credit scoring, sales forecasting etc.
**Requirements**:

- 5+ years managing complex tracking environments with different products, geographies, and business models
- Knowledge of the latest trends in tracking technology and requirements due to the ever-changing restrictions
- Experience in setting up BI tools
- Strong analytical-conceptual thinking and abstraction skills
- Languages:

- RU: native
- EN: Very good
- Pro-active mindset and the will to build something big
- Fun and positive team player who is also happy to take on additional digital projects
