**ABOUT THE TEAM**

As part of our on-going global expansion strategy, Capco is growing its Swiss Data Practice in our Zürich office. We are currently seeking to recruit Management Consultants with Data Analytics expertise to join a team to support large scale transformation projects for our leading Financial Services clients. Our Data Consultants are passionate about data and drive a shift in the industry by building and design structures that are fundamentally sound. As team member collaboration, enthusiasm and encouragement are key to ensuring we maintain our culture and ensure we work in an environment where clients become colleagues.

**WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO**
- Develop the Swiss Data Practice capabilities and the broader Global Data Practice to support industry-changing topics such as advanced analytics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
- Collaborate with business customers to understand needs, recommend strategy enhancements, and deliver solutions that make a real impact to our clients
- Develop and deliver analytical projects to solve business problems and deliver insights making use of quantitative techniques and large quantities of often complex data
- Make business recommendations with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders with both technical and non-technical backgrounds
- Be supremely personally motivated to work in a team where clients become colleagues

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING WITH YOU**
- Master / PhD degree in Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Quantitative Finance or other quantitative disciplines
- Good knowledge of advanced analytics, data modelling and machine learning techniques, proven by practical experience with at least one of: programming/analytical tools (Python, R, SAS, Matlab, etc,) data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire, Qlik, D3, etc.); data querying tools (SQL, DB2, Hive, Pig etc.)
- Proven project experience articulating business questions, using mathematical techniques to arrive at an answer, translating technical/analysis results into business recommendations and measuring business impact
- Knowledge of wealth management and banking industry and their current challenges in the data and analytics areas
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is always a plus ) coupled with presentation skills.
