**YOUR CAPCO DAY**:

- Responsible for the Strategic design regarding the Data & Analytics Management and stakeholders to co-design Enterprise Data Model, stakeholder's management for digital Transformation and architecture strategies
- Data Migration, Data Platform Implementation, data processes, Service integration architecture enablement
- Supporting all analytical value streams from enterprise reporting (e.g. Tableau) to data science (incl. ML Ops)
- Prepare Solution Design for future data migration from on-prem into cloud
- At least ten years of professional experience, of which: Five Years as a Data architect in area of data management platforms and data Pipeline architecture
- At least five years of PM experience of large projects
- Experience in solution architecture, conception, implementation, and introduction of data-driven products and services
- Experience in the development and implementation of IT/digitization
- Experience in large data migration/ on-premises Big Data architecture and Cloud architecture

**YOUR CAPCO-FIT**:

- Demonstrable solution design, development, and implementation of multi-environment good working knowledge of distributed querying through engines like Presto/Trino
- Good experience with Big Data on-prem architecture with Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Kafka, Elasticsearch along with Exposure in Cloud Ecosystem
- Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools
- Experience with defining and documenting Data Quality standards, policies and processes
- Expert SQL skills, preferably in mixed environments (i.e. classic DWH and distributed)
- Working automation and troubleshooting experience in Python using Jupyter Notebooks or common IDEs
- Data preparation for reporting/analytics and visualization tools (e.g Tableau, Power BI or Python based)
- Hands-on experience in any of Cloudera Data Science Workbench, Pyspark, AWS Sagemaker
- Experience in working of project management with agile project management/SAFe
- Knowledge of Banking/financial sector and its products
