**Responsibilities**
- Build up the logical and physical data model for a Global Financial Data Platform
- Data modelling to enable the data sourcing, cleansing and delivery for different business use cases as single source of truth
- Liaise with business, data domain owners and central data architects as well as strategic programs to gather conceptual view on data domains
- Support data engineers in implementing load processes to load data into physical model
- Implementation and performance tuning of data accesses
- Strive to identify re-use potentials across different data domain
- Anforderungen

**Requirements**:

- Several years of experience in data engineering/architecture
- Experience witb Big data platforms (Apache Hadoop stack)
- Experience with Big Data using on-prem or cloud based solutions (Apache Hadoop, Spark and/or Hive)
- Experience in Data Governance tools (Collibra, Tableau Prep builder)
- Strong knowledge of ETL tools
- Good understanding of relational data modelling and its technologies
- Fluent in English
**Nice to have**
- Experience in Google Cloud Platform or MS Azure
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Kafka and Python
- German language skills

- Excellent communication skills on various stakeholder levels
