Business Analytics Manager ELSE

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage and drive solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation for global master data concept and implementation roadmap.
- Develop KPI tracking methodology for adoption and data quality measurement.
- Establish, grow and maintain relationship with Global Master Data Team and business peers for driving ELSE business requirements
- Live ABB’s core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience related to Master Data Management, IS or other information technology solutions role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under indirect supervision
- Broad understanding of information technology topics
- Knowledge/experience of DAX and M languages
- Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative style to include teamwork and team building ability
- Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of comfort zone acquiring new skills
- Flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilities
- Technically creative and open-minded
