**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage project budgets and cost estimates
- Implement cost control measures to ensure the project stays within budget
- Review and approve project invoices and change orders
- Monitor and report on project financial performance
- Manage procurement and subcontractor agreements
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Economics or related field
- Minimum of 12 years' experience in commercial management / quantity surveying
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement practices
- Experience with large-scale construction projects, preferably data center projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead, as well as work well in a team environment
