**T&S** is a trading company in charge of all physical trading and shipping of crude oil and refined products on behalf of the TotalEnergies Company. It has been an active participant all over the supply chain as well as on the derivatives paper market in order to manage the market risk for a long time. ). As part of the financial team, you will report to the Accounting Manager of the branch and your main tasks will be the following:

- **_ Supervise and ensure accurate and reliable monthly and quarterly closing for:_**
- T&S Trading accounting
- Shipping accounting
- Derivatives
- Actively involved in SOX controls and respond to external auditor requests
- Contribute to FX analysis in coordination with financial control and Treasury
- Implement new tools to ensure proper follow-up of fast growing and changing accounting perimeter
- **_Perform CSSA and TAM accounting in accordance with the IFRS and French standards (audited financial statements)_**
- By completing monthly closing and carrying out the consolidation on a quarterly basis
- Prepare the statutory accounts of shipping entities
- Manage the audit process with the external auditors
- **_ Human Resources: _**
- Manage a team of 9 trading and shipping accountants (organisation, recruitment, training ) in liaison with the Accounting Manager of TOTSA
- Ensure that deliverables of the team are produced in time and of good quality
- Ensure that accounting topics can be carried out by his team (effective and efficient back-ups)
- You hold a Master’s degree in economics and/or finance
- You have 10 years of diversified experience in financial functions with solid trading accounting knowledges (understanding the business to analyse anomalies)
- Rigour, reactivity, analytic spirit and willingness to constantly challenge the information
- Ability to manage a team and to work as member of a team
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and ability to lead transverse projects
- Strong computer skills
- Fluent in English
