On is looking for a talented graphic designer to join its emerging team and to help craft On’s visual appearance in international trade, retail and packaging - driven by exceptional design. This is a great opportunity to help shape branding executions for a growing sports brand.

Your Team:
The Brand Design Team is On’s in-house agency, a team of graphic, retail and digital designers, art directors, producers and videographers. Every day we work on making On’s visual language even better than the day before. We design our visual communication in the same way our shoes are made: with total attention to detail and focus on function. Your Mission:

- Take responsibility for any implementation of On’s brand guidelines in trade, retail and packaging
- Be the go-to person for Trade and own Retail projects
- Create exciting, engaging, and interactive visual solutions to retailers’ and markets’ individual requests (also f.e. for events)
- Provide valuable graphical support to develop extraordinary packaging design, working closely with 3D designers and On’s development team
- Create signage and interior requests for On’s offices worldwide
- Always be on top of the latest information about On’s branding guidelines and standards

Your Story:

- Degree in design as well as working experience as a graphic designer in trade or 3D design projects
- Excellent Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign skills
- Experience with Rhino and Keyshot knowledge is a plus
- An excellent understanding of visual branding strategy execution and a healthy obsession for details
- Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to share ideas and make them grow with the team and within departments
- An open mind for new challenges and learnings. You are hungry to learn and like to bring new ideas to the table
- Great multitasking skills - no day will be the same
- Endurance and an aim for pixel-perfect output
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
