Our company, an online platform connecting buyers and sellers of exceptional goods, is seeking a compliance manager to join its team in the context of a newly created position.

The position is a 60% part-time, based in Geneva. You will implement compliance procedures and risk management closely with management.

Position Objectives:

- Implement a compliance control program.
- Develop a risk management strategy in close collaboration with the management.
- Design due diligence procedures and enforce Know Your Customer (KYC) authentication procedures. Ensure constant monitoring of regulatory changes and anticipate risks.

Main Responsibilities:

- Monitor and oversee the implementation of applicable regulations and ethical rules.
- Draft, disseminate, and enforce compliance rules and processes.
- Define a compliance control procedure for heads of departments, in collaboration with them, and implement specific compliance measures.
- Proceed to potential clients' identification thanks to relevant tools such as Idenfy.
- Establish a risk strategy based on the relevant geographical areas.
- Monitor and anticipate any regulatory developments, adjusting the strategy accordingly to the company's activities.

**Required Skills**:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in compliance function, ideally in finance, banking, IT services, or international auditing.

Master's degree in law is preferred.

A bonus based on personal and company performance is part of the pack (up to 20% of salary).
