**Your team**:
- The- The
- **Risk & Compliance **team, which is part of the Technology & Operations Division, is responsible for proactively managing and preventing technological and operational risks, as well as for monitoring compliance with internal and external rules.**Your role**:
- Helping to identify new trends and risks.
- Being involved in the periodic review of operational risk tolerance, developing new risk indicators and monitoring them.
- Contributing to the management and coordination of the RCSA (Risk Control Self Assessment) system for Operations
- Handling specific operational compliance requests from the first line of defence.
- Being involved in the monitoring of incidents and their administrative management.
- Monitoring risk and incident mitigation plans and the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Helping to draft various risk reports for governance bodies and central functions.
- Assisting with risk management projects initiated by central functions.
- Maintaining regular contact with risk managers and compliance officers from other business lines/divisions and Group companies abroad.
**Your profile**:
- University degree or a qualification considered equivalent.
- Two to three years' experience as an auditor in the banking or financial sector (with an audit firm or equivalent professional experience)
- Good spoken and written French and English.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
