**Risk management & Compliance Director**

You have significant experience in risk management, and compliance in an international environment. You have a strong understanding of compliance requirements. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You like to collaborate with transversal stakeholders. You have analytical skills and a strong attention to details. You are fluent in French and English.
**What are we expecting from you?**
Reporting to the International Chief Finance & Organization Officer, you will lead and supervise the risk assessment, compliance management and sustainability action plan of the Maison’s organization.
In this function, you will:
- Be responsible to develop** **and lead risk assessment accross the organization, guide and advise senior management to devise appropriate and comprehensive action plans. You will analyze, adapt, and guarantee an effective control environment.
- Oversee internal controls function and ensure the internal control system framework is strong and adapted.
- Manage and follow-up the internal audit process, ensuring that agreed management actions are implemented.
- Oversee the definition and deployment of the Maison’s environment, social and governance strategy and action plans.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to monitor the evolution of internal and external compliance requirements and framework.
- Assure a relevant and efficient compliance approach throughout the organization.
- Manage and develop your team.
