**Head of Security Risk Management (80-100%)**:
**Your task**:

- Maintain, adapt, monitor and automate the existing risk management related processes and framework to continually improve security risk efficiency
- Ensure the risk management process is aligned with internal policies and adheres to regulatory requirements
- Ensure risk management resources are operating efficiently and achieving their objectives
- Escalate unacceptable risks promptly to senior management
- Communicate effectively the security risk management process to stakeholders
- Ensure risk management reporting shows tangible improvements in the ongoing protection of Skyguide assets

**Your profile**:

- General education to degree level with specialized education in the field of information security or risk management
- +5 years experience in carrying out security risk assessments or manageing a team
- Experienced in Information Security risk management techniques
- Preferably experienced in ISF IRAM2 risk assessment methodology or comparable
- Ability to think logically and analytically
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and able to work with a consistent approach
- English written and spoken (C1), German or French written and spoken (B2), 2nd national language is an asset

**Location**: Zurich or Geneva
