**Main Purpose**:
As the Risk Technology Credit Lead, you will play a pivotal role in handling and mitigating credit risk within our organization. This senior position involves leading the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions to enhance our credit risk management capabilities. Reporting directly to the Head of Risk Technology, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate credit risk management into strategic planning and rive innovation.

**Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or Computer Science.
- Additional certification in Financial Modeling, Credit/Treasury/Risk Management Systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL programming, Unix, Teradata, and advanced Excel.
- Extensive experience with project and systems management.
- Proven track record in financial services or a related environment.
- In-depth understanding of credit risk management, data analytics and financial technology.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Critical thinking and ability to drive innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**

Technology Strategy Execution:

- Partner with the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Risk Technology to define and implement the technology strategy for the global credit function.
- Collaborate with trading leadership and other department heads to understand their specific requirements and deliver bespoke technology solutions that drive business value.

Risk Assessment and Modeling:

- Lead the development, deployment, and improvement of risk assessment models and credit scoring systems.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of credit system exposure and limit capture, maintaining high standards of risk management.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management regarding portfolio management decisions.

Project Management:

- Supervise the full lifecycle of key risk technology projects, from inception to completion.
- Continuously seek and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement by staying informed about the latest developments in credit risk management, data analytics, and financial technology.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Establish and nurture working relationships with key external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.
- Collaborate with leadership to further integrate credit risk management into the group's strategic planning and decision-making processes.
