**Your team**:

The Partner-owned financial service group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families including discretionary and advisory investment solutions and family office services.- We are seeking to hire a _BPSA Credit Transactions Team Member for a 6 months contract_**_. _**The scope of the role is to support the credit business of Bank Pictet & Cie SA from an operational perspective. The role reports to the Credit Transaction Support Team Lead in Geneva.**Your role**:

- You will be responsible for:
- Booking credit transactions in Avaloq (FTLs, guarantees) when they are not fed through from the workflow; liaise with all relevant parties as necessary.
- Ensuring the proper recording of credit facilities and collateral set up (pledges) in Avaloq.
- Monitoring the approvals of credit requests.
- Ensuring the proper recording of credit decisions/LTV exceptions in the tracking record and in clients’ accounts.
- Following up on credit approval conditions (missing credit documentation, additional information, etc.).
- Reviewing plain vanilla credit requests originated in the credit workflow.
- Participating in projects/initiatives impacting the department as required.

**Your profile**:

- Self-starter, ability to work independently, flexible and adaptable.
- Quick learner and disciplined with a good sense of priorities.
- Good teamwork skills, good written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of credit products and related risks.
- Good understanding of banking operational processes and related risks.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations (cash, transaction, Avaloq).
- Fluent in French and English
