**Your team**: - Real Estate & Logistics & Physical Security Group_ provides a large variety of services to clients and the Group’s staff; its teams manage the Group’s headquarter buildings in Geneva as well as those of its offices and subsidiaries - in Switzerland and abroad, as well as ensure physical security.- The - _Physical Security_ Department is looking for a - _Head of Department - Physical Security Group._ **Your role**: - Mission: - To ensure the security of people, property and Group buildings in Switzerland and abroad. - To contribute to defining the security policy, its implementation and its follow-up, using the expertise you have acquired. - To manage the Physical Security team (around 30 in-house employees as well as external consultants).- Responsabilities: - Establishing internal safety procedures and protocols for the Group's buildings and facilities and ensuring that they are implemented, in accordance with local standards (OCIRT, etc.). - Developing and improving the security programmes for the Bank's properties through site visits, active collaboration with the various stakeholders (internal and external), in particular the Risk & Compliance Department, and then drawing up a consolidated security concept. - Recruiting, developing and coaching teams and managing their performance. - Writing, updating, communicating and ensuring compliance with security procedures in crisis or emergency situations. - Coordinating specific training courses (fire fighters, first aiders, etc.). - Acting as the main contact with local authorities in matters of workplace safety and building security. - Keeping equipment and documentation up to date, in accordance with the standards in force on the service platforms. - Selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts and guaranteeing that they are applied, in connection with the "Security" side of the job. - Drawing up and managing the department's budget. - Producing departmental reports for senior management to ensure that activities are properly managed. **Your profile**: - University degree or equivalent, supplemented by further training in the field of security. - Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a similar role, including team management. - Significant experience in drafting and implementing safety procedures, as well as risk assessment and audits. - Successful experience in managing and developing teams. - Ability to set up and adhere to a budget - Excellent command of French and English. - Discretion and integrity. - Ability to take decisions and unite a team. - Must be resident in Switzerland.- Réf.
