The Partner-owned financial services group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families, including discretionary and advisory investment solutions as well as family office services.- As part of the Risk Management and Controlling team, you will contribute to the risk management for wealth management activities worldwide by performing key controls related to these activities.**Your role**:
- performing key controls related to wealth management activities.
- documenting the control results in the relevant IT tool.
- preparing monthly control reporting for the attention of senior management.
- overseeing, anticipating and escalating issues and risks identified as a result of the controls.
- fostering change management within the first line of defence.
- acting as a point of contact for key stakeholders within the organisation for matters relating to risk.
**Your profile**:
- University degree, or qualification deemed equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role or previous employment with consulting/audit firm in the private banking sector.
- Knowledge of banking processes and the private banking business.
- Perseverance, and an ability to work independently while being a strong team-player.
- Proven writing and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
