With more than 200 professionals, our Investment Solutions department is responsible for providing sophisticated and customized investment proposals to our private clients. In this context, we are looking for a Business Risk Manager for our Geneva office:
YOUR MISSION:
- Undertake monitoring and develop internal control plan to ensure that first line controls are adequately defined and performed
- Analyse operational risks, proactively identify and address trading error patterns and sources
- Develop and maintain appropriate control methodology and oversight of risks pertaining to key operational processes
- Provide solutions to optimise trading processes to decrease risk and contribute to the continuous evolution of the risk and control framework of Global Market Services
- Maintain training and exchange licensing grids for Traders
- Develop risk dashboards and reports pertaining to the unit and communicate them to Senior Management
- Contribute to the promotion of the risk culture
DESIRED PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s in business economics/finance, science or equivalent
- A minimum of five years’ experience in banking environment with excellent understanding of operational processes pertaining to trading activities
- Proven experience in project management
- Good programming and data-science analytical skills
- Ability to take decisions, flexible and autonomy
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Fluent in French and English (written and oral)
- Swiss domiciled
