**About the role**:
For our client, a Bank based in Geneva's Financial Place, we are looking for a Junior Business Risk Manager (Compliance) in other to strengthen their Team. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for Relationship Managers for all kinds of due diligence, KYC and AML related queries for client onboarding and lifecycle management.
**Job duties**:
- Be responsible for identification of money laundering, reputational, and other business risks
- Propose controls and measures for their mitigation
- Prepare client risk assessment reports for account openings
- Conduct reviews for existing clients
- Answer Relationship Managers' queries when needed
- Enable and facilitate clear and constructive communication between Relationship Managers and Compliance Department
**We are looking for**:
- Recent graduate from a Master's Degree in Business Law, Law or Economics
- Due Diligence, Sanction or Compliance certificate is an asset
- Knowledge of International markets, regulatory environment and investigations
- Personnality: reliable, responsible, risk aware, team-oriented and conscientious. You have an analytical mindset, good communication skills and you are able to work under pressure.
- Languages: You are fluent in French and English. Another language such as Spanish, Turkish or Arabic is an strong asset.
